LICENCE AGREEMENT (ENGLISH)

1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing the KATO WORKS telematics service (the "Service"). This Licence Agreement explains the terms under which you may use the Service, the accompanying documentation, and any data provided through the Service.

2. Permitted Use
You may access and use the Service solely for monitoring, analysing, and managing assets registered to your organisation. You must ensure that your credentials remain confidential and that access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

3. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service. You must not remove proprietary notices, nor use the Service to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. Redistributing any portion of the Service without written consent is prohibited.

4. Data Handling
KATO WORKS may collect operational data in order to operate, maintain, and improve the Service. You are responsible for obtaining any third-party consents necessary for the lawful sharing of such data.

5. Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may limit access. KATO WORKS is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KATO WORKS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination
KATO WORKS may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination you must cease using the Service and destroy any copies of related materials in your possession.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the principal place of business of KATO WORKS, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

9. Updates
KATO WORKS may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
